Sable, A Juneteenth Cabaret, produced by Harlem Nyte, honors our Burlesque History by honoring those who created it and paved the way for us, Black femmes and queer people. And we should be honoring this History year-round and that is the mission of the Ecdysiast Arts Museum: to create a space to let the core of our Burlesque History shine.”
