We’re putting the BUMP in “Bump and Grind” with Dannie Diesel

This one hour class focuses on achieving the classic burlesque BUMP. “Bump and grind” refers to a classic burlesque movement that centers a sharp rhythmic bump of the hips, followed by a slow, sensual, circular grind of the hips. The combo of bump and grind adds suggestive sensuality and a powerful exclamation point on your stage presence.

This class requires intensive core engagement through muscle isolation in the thigh, groin, belly and glute muscles to achieve the BUMP motion. for those students that are able to stand, achieve core support and have moderate hip mobility, this class is perfect for you. All ages sizes and genders welcome.

Please stretch before and after on your own. Bring drinking water and comfy warm socks.

Putting the GRIND in “Bump and Grind” with Dannie Diesel

A one hour class focuses on achieving the classic burlesque GRIND.

“Bump and grind” refers to a classic burly movement that centers a sharp, rhythmic bump of the hips, followed by a slow, sensual, circular  grind of the hips. The combo of bump and grind adds suggestive sensuality and a powerful exclamation point on your stage presence.
