Introduction to weighted silk veils with Beatrix B Naughty
Join Beatrix for a 60-minute full-body movement class using silk veils. Students will learn:
- basic shapes -weights -sizes of veils
- hold and try out the 3 different single and double veils
- learn basic movements and shapes that we will turn into a short choreographed vignette
Pre-order your own pair of veils by emailing christenmalone@ymail.com or texting at 502-494-6768.
Students should come in comfortable movement clothing, barefoot or comfortable dance shoes, and their own veil(s) are encouraged, but don’t worry if you don’t have any! Reach out to us after signing up, and we will be sure to have enough for everyone.
